Ahhhh... I knew it flip, I knew it. Berman Derang
Post# of 11802
So you cannot verify Mr. Berman's "paltry" salary. And because you cannot, he's a liar. Would you rather he took more money from the company? Would you rather the company brought in a CEO and paid the new guy what medical products CEOs make? On the other hand, what would it take to convince you that Mr. Berman takes NO salary. Would it take copies of Mr. Berman's tax returns? He is under no obligation to provide them. Or are the tax returns also lies, no matter what they say? He gives you what is required in the manner required, and frankly you are entitled to nothing more. Too effing bad you don't like it. The next time (the first time) a public company BOD appoints you to be a CEO you can run that company any way you wish. Until then you are limited, as a card carrying penny stock flip, to whining on a message board. Or, conversely, you can call the SEC, the FBI, the Navy SEALS, the Russians.
The "share count" rises. You don't like it, too bad flip. Mr. Berman needs to fund the company, that is part of his job. He needs to finish the development of products and fund his portion of the lawsuit against J&J. What would you do flip? My friend Barbara Asbell used to tell the penny flippers like yourself on the Yahoo message board (when it existed) ... "if things are not well with the stock price, blame management for your entitlement and perceived misfortune." You flip have taken it to the next level.
"The biggest travesty here is you suckering all of these investors by providing the next carrot that will string them along. Shameful!" The stock flips continue to say that. I do not see him providing carrots to the unwashed masses. I certainly don't do that. Give us some examples flip.
"Berman has never delivered anything when it comes to running a company. You know it, I know it, we all know it." First of all I don't know it and neither do you. What would you do flip if you were in Mr. Berman's shoes? I would wager that you wouldn't know where to start because you haven't managed anything, much less a public company, in your sorry life. Fact is a very small percentage of DECN shareholders think as you do. That's why the bashers on the iHub board, the "bash message board," don't get any responses except rarely from each other. Here you get nothing.
You are getting this one time response from me because I don't feel a bit sorry for the position you find yourself in. You made the decision to buy stock. Now live with your decision. Either sit back and wait for your opportunity to sell, or just sell now. Berman Derangement Syndrome doesn't reflect on him, it reflects on YOU.
I have tried very hard to make this post the best it can be with many edits in the last 15 minutes.
