Would it take copies of Mr. Berman's tax returns? He is under no obligation to provide them. Or are the tax returns also lies, no matter what they say? He gives you what is required in the manner required, and frankly you are entitled to nothing more. Too effing bad you don't like it. The next time (the first time) a public company BOD appoints you to be a CEO you can run that company any way you wish. Until then you are limited, as a card carrying penny stock flip, to whining on a message board. Or, conversely, you can call the SEC, the FBI, the Navy SEALS, the Russians.
