Seekingjustice2 posted a link to an article about Martin Shkreli being sentenced to seven years in prison for defrauding his investors. PTOI's founder Mr. Bordynuik only got a five-year officer and director ban for defrauding PTOI's investors...and nobody ever brought Mr. Bordynuik up on additional charges for defrauding PTOI's investors with his fake claims of being able to produce diesel or a crude-oil equivalent for under $10/bbl. Those fake claims were the lynchpin which allowed him to sell tens of millions of dollars worth of stock to unsuspecting investors who believed him.

PTOI investors basically footed the bill for Mr. Bordynuik's accounting fraud settlement, his officer and director ban is almost over, he walked away with millions of dollars and most of PTOI's investors are blaming short sellers instead of him. Mr. Bordynuik appears free and clear--it doesn't get much better than that for him.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
