Agree. Recall that DOD only tried out the ACS KLTS in their August a DC Contractors simulated cyber atack exercise. Then we had the Federal budget fiasco (shutdown & CRs) that delayed Agency/Department funding authorization. Now, ta-da, ACS states 8 million Endpoint Locks installed. Can you say Uncle Sam?
