We are so close here....Most people just don’t understand just what this company is accomplishing....their old business model did not work long term....but their new one will....they managed to rid themselves of toxic conv notes and have secured 5.4 ml in financing, with the lenders names actually listed....the audits for the funds they are acquiring are wrapping up right now, and they should have some of the funds actually purchased by the end of the month....plus, their client Blackstone is paying them commisions over $200k here in q1.....they also are looking at other funds under management to acquire in Singapore that are much larger....this company is so undervalued ....they have the equivalent of 5 million shares of a listed company ($duuo) that is trading at .60 ....which means long term you have $3ml in assets to be sold....Duuo is also doing a secondary IPO thru Maxim Group which will no doubt happen this year....I’d have to think they’d be looking to do at least $1/shr offering....at some point after ,Gequ can sell some of their stake in Duuo and get some cash.....

Some day this will trade on NASDAQ .....it may take two years , but it will happen....

Btw, cfo and ceo don’t get paid cash right now....they just take shares for their services, and have agreed not to sell any until 2020 at the earliest

This company is audited, fully sec reporting....was OTCQB no long ago....they want to get back on it....just need to close above .01 for 10 consecutive days to be eligible to get reinstated....no reason why this stock shouldn’t hit .02 near term imo....

Risk vs reward here is very favorable....people selling now are just not seeing the forest thru the trees.....
