"nah .. it's because P2O was wrested back in mid A

You're talking about those investors who put money into PTOI but demanded that the super voting shares be retired. That would have actually helped you. You shareholders should have control but now you don't. I don't know why you're happy that Mr. Heddle doesn't give you any vote and I suspect by now most shareholders would love to have rolled the dice with anyone else five years ago.
"find another OTC CEO who infused Multiple Millions whose *stock* then went down "
Does that make you proud to be a shareholder since PTOI dropped 90% since Mr. Heddle "infused" millions?? Look at a few penny stocks--when money is tight it's standard fare that CEOs pay themselves...but with the lack of money, also enter into simultaneous debt deals. There's no downside to doing so.
"relentlessly compressed from 35c on 9.30.13 to 10c @ the EO of 2013 and since Jan 2014 .. has been held (for the most part) @ sub 6c "
You and your fellow investors "relentlessly compressed" PTOI by selling. You could "decompress" PTOI by buying and bidding up the price if you wanted to do so. You shareholders have full control. The price isn't higher because no shareholder currently believes it's worth more than $0.03.
"NR and their minions .. have no idea what P2O will do going forward .. "
I'm very certain those are figments of your imagination. If you want to take revenge on them, either buy shares to push the price up until you feel they're suffering or start taking Abilify.

"curious to see what is filed next and when "
I believe you are curious and I can help. I could give you a sneak peek into the future if you would like. Do you want to know how the Veridisyn deal will end up??
