I just have to LOL at the SIGO IHUB message board. Now you have Yaboy, who sold out a few weeks ago at lower prices, now bashing that the 10K must be really bad since it is so late. He wants to create panic selling so he can buy back in below $1.00, but that isn't happening. Now you have the wishy-washy Chemist doing the same thing - so afraid of the 10K.
If only the IHUB idiots knew that this was the first Marijuana company audit and 10K, then maybe they would understand why it is taking longer.
SIGO hired an accounting firm and an audit firm to perform the work, so it is going to get done. There is a lot of information, standard type verbiage, that is put into a 10K, but this being a first for a marijuana company, well, they are having to write up new language that is usually standard boiler plate and copy and paste as seen in all 10K's. Of course, when the 10K does come out, those idiots will focus on the disclosure phrases and you know that there will be something about the Fed. Govt having marijuana as an illegal substance and with wording similar to a going concern, blah, blah. The auditors have to give full disclosure to the industry.
I don't give a crap what the 10K says, I only am looking at the future and the future is moving forward. Oh, and all marijuana company 10k's will have the same "warnings" and disclosures when their reporting time comes anyway.
