#APRI $0.86 - on watch. RSI ~30, hovering around 52 week lows after negative FDA news on February 16. Big gap down to fill back up. Was trading above $3.00 before the news. 52 week high = $3.41. Worth a look. I suspect it wouldn't take much for this to move back up.
