They're making an effort to push it back down now. Given that .70 is over 23% up in one day, on no news, it wouldn't surprise me if they make a BIG effort to push it down this afternoon. As AlanC has pointed out, the higher the price, the higher the carrying costs for any who are foolish enough to remain short.
