mehh, technically I don't think INTIVA BioPharma is in deep shit either.
Friedland was removed as CEO and they have a very impressive team over there. I think they'll find a great CEO replacement who has a science or pharma background/experience. But, that's just my opinion.
Either way, I still feel OWC will be fine once "the dust settles" here. Again, the SEC isn't going after OWC -- only Friedland.
I've asked the opinions of a handful of people who I've known to be 'on Wall Street' for 20+ years and they all seem to agree and they haven't owned shares in OWC either -- so it feels more genuine.
Lots of panic and fear this morning.
Someone told me that Smurlick is being attacked on the other forum and someone claiming they should turn him in -- I just shake my head. Smurlick told them the cream was ready in spring 2017. Well, guess what, IT IS. It was announced as MARKET READY. Just because it was a misunderstanding doesn't mean you can sue him. And, besides, does that do anything to help the cause if you're still a shareholder anyway? That creates MORE panic and bad press over something that holds no merit, in my opinion.
