$DATI The most important facet in understanding the PAI concept is to realize that it doesn't compete with Accelerators or Incubators. A PAI complements what accelerators like TechStars are doing by offering an equity kicker to angel investors in the form of DATI equity. A startup company looking to raise money would give a small slice of its equity to DATI (normally 1–6%) in exchange for access to its Angels+ platform.
