They are not defendants. Period! This talk is going to do nothing but hurt us. I have read everything repeatedly and the company did nothing wrong. Here is a list of defendants. I have an extra 12000 sitting in money market and ready to eat up some shares if this continues to fall. Now we know what was happening and now can expect the stock to appreciate in line with peers.
