As usual your 'data' is seriously flawed as is the ridiculous claim based upon it. So much of what you post falls completely apart after the word 'if'.
But it's the kind of 'thinking' that we've come to expect from someone who believes that the CA fires were the result of DOD DEW 'tests' on civilians and private property.
