Some folks on message boards like to focus on all the problems. Not me, I'm looking for the opportunities. Opportunities to gain, opportunities to improve, become more efficient. Failures are opportunities to learn quickly; yet, hoping they don't turn catastrophic - which happens when you fail to learn.
I believe SIGO management thinks the same way, which is why I'm invested. You have to keep looking forward, never looking back. Each day bring a new opportunity to make everything a little better.
Come Friday, SIGO will have 5 bays of plants growing under the sun.
