Agree. But due to the Federal Government's Confidentiality Statement (that I had contractors sign when I was a Federal contracting officer) we won't know a thing until the OPR grants permission for Mark to let the cat out of the bag (unless he wants a fine, imprisonment or both in addition to immediate contract cancellation). I don't think Mark would want any of that to happen.
