HOLL $0.45 per share Distribution in March

Pleased to report our firm has been retained as IR counsel for Hollywood Media which will be making a $0.45 per share return of capital distribution at the end of the month: Details on $0.45 Distribution

Thereafter HOLL will have $2M in cash, a huge NOL and a 50% ownership in a publishing JV that controls the Tom Clancy Net Force publishing franchise. HOLL is in the process of relaunching the franchise with 5 books to be published over the next 5 years - two are written and there is a 5 book story arc and an agent is marketing the property as I write.
