If in fact they have tested the cream on patients with skin diseases and it's proven effective, the question might then be, would the company permit them to sell the cream in Germany. The other option apparently being waiting for the Phase 2 results. Clearly whatever testing they did wasn't a documented trial, though it may have been completely legal wherever the did it, I just don't know. It's equally possible that they didn't do any testing at all and are simply waiting for evidence from OWCP that permits them to initiate sales.
It's probably been a year since an investor on one of the boards was in Israel and visited the company. While he was there he was permitted to apply some of the cream to his arm. He indicated it had an odor found in cannabis, and it rapidly went away. I mention this because if the company was permitting such experimentation with the cream before it was ever officially in clinical trials, I wonder about what other uses it had been put to. Please don't get me wrong, I think the cream is made of components which are generally available and known not to be safe with occasional use, with the cream being used more frequently, additional testing to prove safety was certainly needed.
