On the other hand, it could also "get moving" later this month when they announce the positive results of a safety study and/or when they announce the start of a study for the tablet.
Maybe they announce a JV / Partnership / Funding deal.
Maybe they announce an official timeline for the cream to start being sold 'over the counter' or in dispensaries in Europe, Canada, or California.
Lots of possibilities still in the short term or even later 2018.
I look at CNBX, AXIM, and others who really aren't that much further along in the process(es) and yet their Market Cap is FAR higher still. That COULD be an indicator that some additional reassuring news could send it back up.
But, sure, it could send it back up to $1.50 and back down to $0.50. Who knows. The run to $3.23 last year kind of tainted the stock a bit. People talk smack about "the stock" as if the companies research and future possibilities are nothing because the stock price is up and down.
