What they appear to be too stupid to realize is that the .0001s were intentionally bid for and - as reported at the time in the contemporaneous record here - the undercut ask .0001s were rapidly bought out by those that know $INCC will have multiple runs ahead in 2018 and beyond - as it did in 2017.
Those that hold the bulk of the shares bought at the bottom 2 prices .0001 (now effectively gone) and .0002 control their release on the way up all the way to .01+ in due course (not necessarily in 2018).
In addition, we also know that very little was bought in the .0005 > .0003 range on the way down. This is because .0005 was held for 4 months until a one-off new convertible note holder sold into the bid last Summer - as noted later in the Q2. Because the big bidders expected .0005 to hold, hardly anyone was bidding at .0004 and .0003 and so little was picked up in that range.
With all that $INCC has going on behind the scenes now - with surprises such as additional products introduced to market and a previously stated intent of further acquisitions under consideration for shares (not cash) likely to continue to appear in PRs on a regular basis going forward - I'm expecting a big run at some point ahead (and I don't mean to just.0030).
Companies with a lot less going on for them than $INCC - including those that aren't even selling products yet - are getting 1 Billion > 1.5 Billion in trades from no bid x .0001 or .0001 x .0002 on an almost daily basis this year. Even half that volume would clear out all the low-level flippers / bashing ask stackers in a few minutes / hours leaving pretty much blue skies to the upside above .0003.
As always, loading low - having patience - ignoring non-credible nonsense on forums with no influence - selling high in small amounts on the move - is the key to success in the OTC market generally and with $INCC in particular.
