Re: undervaluedstocks #8741
$SFOR's have outlined their Priorties in the best interest of the company/it's shareholders & stakeholders. Posters ranting day in and day out that SFOR lives on lawsuit money have absolutely no clue what could bring the immediate large cash inflow into SFOR. SFOR's growth will primarily be driven by Large Deals/Contracts i.e. Large scale enterprise contracts , Licencing it's Technology to both Hardware and software manufactures, and increasing recurring revenue from OEM(s) deals which is going to be SFOR's first priority . I also have high expectations from first priority as I understand and know how big these deals could be which is already confirmed in 10Q
Big patent infringement lawsuit money will add so much to SFOR's bottom line & will be SFOR's 2nd Priority , and I think in due time, we will see it falls close to it's peers like Symantec , Norton, McAfee etc and will trade at a much higher level. I also have high expectations here as well but not as high as compared to my priority #1
Retail Sales will continue to get exposure from 1st & 2nd priority, and IMO SFOR will go full blown marketing after either 1st or 2nd priority materializes. They will than have the cash required from 1st or 2nd and will be the 3rd priority
Management running the show knows how to direct resources and set up priorities. 1st & 2nd priority will bring large inflow of cash compared to 3rd priority
The moment we see SFOR announces those large scale enterprise contracts deals , Contracts/Deals from OEM's and licencing deals of it's technology from both Hardware and Software manufactures SFOR can easily trade with 15x-20x P/E and there will be no looking back.
Add to this all the patent lawsuit money that SFOR will accumulate over several years from many infringers ( 13 More Infringers coming )
IMO, 1st priority events are due i.e. McAfee DEAL and 3rd priority will follow when due and SFOR will go full blown marketing for retail that will be a money maker during the SFOR's growth engine for years ahead.
It is not that hard to figure out what SFOR is doing or working on, strategy and ground work was laid out and Kay is executing the plan as planned which is reflected in past few events like IPR WIN and recent interviews.
