From what I’ve heard and been able to gather, Alan is working on closing a financial deal that will give us the money we need right now to push a few things further along through FDA trials.
This (my guess is around $8M) financial deal would obviously come at a perfect time to get us over the hump and allow us to have an FDA approved device assuming it all goes well (and it should), but it also opens us up to be able to sell the device on the open market, go JV with somebody, straight up sell the entire device to a big pharma company. That last option would give us the money we need to run every other parent we have through FDA trials, or close to it.
But my point is, even though we won’t get a perfect financial deal (it’ll cost us shares and/or a good chunk of interest down the road....we ARE in the OTC still afterall), it will give us the ability to take that next step and we need it.
So right now it’s being worked on, terms being negotiated and might be checking multiple sources to see who’s willing to give us the best terms. Takes time to do.
But that should probably be the next big announcement we get. And imo it’s a big one! We need money and this can move our piece into the final puzzle spot so that we can start collecting revenue or a straight up lump sum if we just sell outright.
