So Itschak Shrem was with OWCP at the wallstreet conference and is apparently backing OWCP. I was not there, but I belueve those who were there and said he was with them.
But I have not heard any answers to the obvious questions that go with this.
What does Itschak Shrem get out of this backing? I have heard of no dilutuon for private placement of shares.
How many shares does he own? Enough to be an i sider? Where are the filings?
Now many have said this is trading like big money wants in, and iceberg trades and someobe with money suppressing the price to aquire shares.
If Itschak Shrem is big on OWCP, has not been given private placement shares (at least up till now we have seen no warrebts filed or dilution to accomodate recently)
Then it stands to reason we now know at least 1 person with the means to suppress the price until he aquires what he wants. I also do nkt believe he lives in a vacume. I am sure there are others he knows that are doing the same.
I personally do not intend to give them any of my shares cheaply
