My thought is Leo would have signed a B deal by now. He has probably received some good proposals. There is no doubt with the B results to-date a deal can get done. Why not sign then? There must be another much more compelling offer depending on the outcome of P results. Not to license separately, but to sell the Co for the entire pipeline.
