What I wrote ....
This is a small oil company. It had bad leadership many years ago.
The SEC Ft Worth Office filed charges against the former Administration and the process is still in progress.
The Summary Judgement was heard 1 year ago for the charged and still no decision has been handed down.
The company Treaty pled guilty with the Ft Worth Office agreeing to fines and interest in Feb 2017.
By settling the company seperated themselves from the former leadership and it is understood the Fort Worth Office will allow the company to trade again once compliant which the company is vigorously attempting to do.
On the Investors Board IHUB - TECO the company has been under attack for 7 years minimum and continues this day. TDBOWIEKNIFE, RUSSIAN TRADER and AGAINSTALLODDS are the main players.
We believe the stock is heavy with NAKED SHORT SHARES and these characters are hired to protect the HF investment. As well as TDBOWIEKNIFE we believe has shorted the stock for millions and will stop at nothing not to have to cover.
He libels and slanders anyone that is affliated with the company. Including shareholders.
The company has been sued 13 times, plus a forced BK which was dismissed than the SEC case that is going on since Dec 2014. All to harrass the shareholders
The intensity and agressiveness of theose on IHUB - TECO is beyond normal bashing for entertainment. These bloggers spend 24 / 7 posting on a dead companies stock board.
6000 innocent investors futures depend on the assistance of the SEC to rid the stock of Hedge Fund interference so we can move on and profit from our many years as investors.
