$FUSZ - Well, that trip to the mid 30's was quite
Post# of 103015
When I posted last Friday that the stock was headed low 30's -mid 20's, I had no way of knowing that the stock was about to attract some attention.
Let me give you fella's a heads-up. You've now attracted the very real attention of a dedicated OTCBB Market Maker. A certain Trading Desk Mgr in Boston has assigned one of his guys/gals to the issue now.
I was busy all day, but I just one of my guys show me the "Market Profile," of where the issue traded today. I'm sure many of you know what that is. But for those who don't...It's a quick summary of, 1)Time & Sales, combined with, 2) Volume at price, what the, 3) Bid/Ask size was at the time of the trade, and, 4) who was on Bid/Ask at the time of trade. But "volume" is plotted on the horizontal axis. It a way to kinda get a 3D look at how something trades.
Those of you who sold to him today gave this new Market Maker 1.35million shares to the at $0.35 or $0.36 I'm sure he's appreciative of that. It's likely he had no inventory at all. Now he does.
This means that you'll be trading against a professional now. I see where he kept flipping his Bid/Ask to scare the seller's into him. Then when he had his fill he lifted his Ask to let some buyer's back in higher prices.
He does this because he paid on something called "VWAP,' if you're on can look it up. Soon as he got the VWAP up to 40 he stood pat and waited to see what you all wanted to do.
When nothing really happened, he then split his Bid/Ask 39/44, and I'll be damned if someone didn't hit him for one single buy order of 100 shares at 44.
Another, thing I want to point out for the benefit of whoever cares to take it the advice. When you want to sell out of some penny stock like this...just hit the Bid right off the bat. I can see where orders were coming in on the Ask...walking it down by 1/10 of 1 penny at a time.
That does nothing except show the Bidder that you're desperate to sell. So naturally, he just drops his Bid down a bit more to see if you'll follow him down. And the process continues until the "seller," in this case, can't take it anymore. At that point, he finally hits the Bid. When the Bid was there to hit at prices higher hadn't the seller shown his hand.
Anyway, this trading theory that takes some really smart people years to learn. And I've seen some blockhead trading savants pick it up in a week. But probably more than you care to hear about it.
Now, this goes back to my post from last Friday. Now that there's a dedicated MM'er on the issue...it's all back on the company to execute. The story is known. Only fundamental execution by the company in the form of reported Sales number will drive the share price now.
I'm hoping they can do it. I'm a fairly large shareholder in a play money acct. I like the product. If marketed and SOLD correctly to the right target markets then I think that people will use it. But it's likely to take much much longer to get those reported sales than most people expect.
Do I think they're going to sell a large number of installs to a Software company that serves large ERP Accounting packages? No, I don't.
Do I think they'll have a better shot at installs w/the Marketo's of the world? Yeah, at least they're in right target industry this time.
Network Marketing companies? I can't see it being big installed base quickly. Maybe longer term, but quickly? No. The problem with MLM's is that only a very very few at the top ever make any money. Everyone else is waiting around for their "Upline" to tell them what to do. Perhaps, it will catch on. It's likely to be slow.
However...The Music Industry could be HUGE for nFuse's CRM. Every artist in the world is going to want their Digital Team to get them the ability to have "walk-out" video's...and then the Merch marketing from those artists would be explosive. Especially, if nFuse can get the API hooks or marketing integration w/Instagram Story's and or FB and FB Live.
I can think other winners I could illustrate but... no time. If one of you who is in touch with team wants to put them in touch with me, I'd be happy to talk to them with introductions to Music people, and others. You guys already know where to find me.
However, please remember this for your own sanity:
Everything, always take longer than expected when rolling out new products, especially with startup companies. I've been in the business a long time in all kinds of different roles. The stock price from now on will be reflected by their sales numbers... or a possible a Sale to a bigger fish. But really way, way too soon for that.
Just keeping it real gents.
