imo everyone will know what RH's intent within the next 30 to 60 days (May 2018)
remember we have known since (November of) last year that the blending site is for sale (and/or lease)
first imo the K will be filed this month .. either on time or via an NT with subsequent filing
second imo with the K filed .. i would expect RH to file 2 material events
the add of a 3rd BoD candidate and the anticipated date of the company's first AGM since the last one held in December 2013
third filing imo will pertain to RC's group of investors .. that comes in April
wouldn't it be nice to see the K filed on time with an Shareholder Update indicating
*intent* for blending site and NF plant .. as i've noted for a couple of years now
NF isn't needed if intent is to sell blending site .. then the add of a 3rd BoD candidate .. the anticipated date filed of the company's first AGM since 12/2013
and of course the update pertaining to both RC's group of investors and *plans* specific to other P2O sales
it's been almost 5 years .. since P2O was wrested back .. contrary to what NRs' crews' post almost daily .. P2O's founder retains a significant amount of PTOI *shares* and RH hasn't taken one penny of salary since mid August 2013 .. and PTOI's *volume* YTD has decreased from the 36M *wash traded* (2013/2014) to 13.5M~ in 2017 (down from 19.5M~ in 2016)
NR can relentlessly compress PTOI (10c @ the EO 12.2013 .. 6c as of 1.2014 .. 5c as of 10.2014 and so on) until they *cant* .. what comes over the next weeks should finally answer why so many actual P2O investors haven't sold PTOI *shares*
