One of the iHub moron bashers claims 20M is his (we have actually known that here for a long time). He also claims to have 20M at every level - unlikely since it would take $90K to do that all the way to .0010.
In any event, one of my other alerts in this price range just had 300M bought out at a single level in minutes and is now on 800M traded. On $DIGX we have seen 50M bought out in 2 seconds on every run so far and 100M in a few minutes.
