Here's the story I mentioned in their words. As I mentioned, timing wasn't right for them to invest in $FUSZ, but he liked what he saw in the product and decided to give it a go for his business.

Oh man have I already signed up! Spent last night meeting with one of their service reps, then a good portion of this morning contemplating how I can ever possibly get people to see my video. I'm not tech savvy, I don't use social media nor do most of my target potential and current clients. I do, as well as my clients, send and email or two every now and then and certainly we all use a computer to surf the net... But still, how could I get people to see my video?
I called the company up and they explained I could use THEIR platform...of course I needed to understand what they meant by "platform" first because the only platforms I'm familiar with are the ones that separate the express lines from the local lines in various cities around the world! once I understood, it all just clicked for me!
The gent working with me, sensing that I am an idiot, just flat out told me, "look, take a video recording of yourself point to space where you'll have the scheduling and phone call icon...etc etc and we'll set it up for you". Total ace!
The potential here is enormous! I now see how it will work and how potential clients will see it by the marketing I'm already doing, and paying a pretty penny for! I'm really excited about this! Hey, if I can't invest why not use the actual product in hopes of expanding business right?
Bottom line is, their customer service is awesome. No fake cheerfulness or fake helpfulness at all by either of the 2 people I dealt with. Genuine service provided that I easily sensed was coming from a place of wanting the company to succeed.
Seriously impressive and is only scraping the surface of its full capabilities.
