Then they came up with 1.35 million in AWS cash to pay ICLD the combined 2.5 million for buying all of ADEX from ICLD, who has 20 million in annual revenue. So they paid 10% of the past annual revenue to buy ADEX!!!! SWEET deal IMHO!!!!
Then they immediately used the receivables of ADEX to score a line of credit for up to $5 million in cash!!!!
The CEO ran a 2 billion dollar a year operation for Time Warner Cable according to his Linkendin info!!! Roger Ponder
