I have re-examined the 8-K several times now and concluded that while there are 36 payments, and the total is correct, the two payments per month and some other details strongly suggest the loan will be paid off in 18 months.
I am most impressed with the 18 month massive projected EBITDA and revenue listed deep down in the 8-k, revenue data table in the 8-K that was used by the banker in making the loan decision and it was made part of the loan contract, thus giving us a minimum quarter by quarter look at expected EBITDA profits and revenue for the next 18 months. And when they buy the next company they said they would by August this year to add 50 million more in revenue, that data table will be a huge underestimate of earnings and revenue!!!
This is a huge step up from using convertible debt folks!!!
The 1.1 million dollar loan and the 5 million dollar line of credit will print ZERO-SHARES, they are not convertible debt!!!
This is not convertible debt!!!! It was used with 1.5 Million in cash they had on hand to boost the revenue, tripling the companies revenue overnight. They also seem to have bought the remaining 19.9% of AWS for a warrant that adds cash to the bank account if exercised by ICLD to buy shares.
