Rory is one of those guys that is good at everything. Truth is, everyone COULD be like him, but are held back, only by themselves.
I think he said it in one of the last updates.
He keeps his mind open. He listens. Most people in his position have made up their mind, right or wrong and plow ahead vs. listening and changing direction as needed. Someone with a big ego would never think to sell their solution to other CRM companies, but that strategy is brilliant in the software world.
I think he figured this out a long time ago. The best ideas come from... everywhere. Being open to new ideas.
I suspect he will be doing a lot of interviews this year that other CEO will be listening to.
