A few more thoughts.

1.) There is some debate whether you need $2 or $4 to uplist. I thing it's a moot point as you may want to up list when your stock is $6 and give yourself some padding.

Does Rory really think the stock will get to $6 any time soon. I "think" he "thinks" it will. If anyone would know, it would be him, not any of us.

2.) Oracle is doing the deal at 90/10. That means if NotifCRM sales for between $10-$20/mo per seat that's $12-$24/yr. for Oracle. Chump change.

Why would they do a deal for chump change? I "think" they "think" it will bring on many new customers when they see it and possible add more seats to their existing customer base.

Not all the Netsuite users have all the modules and this could sell more modules. I "think" Oracle is not after the "$12-$24" a year. They are after bigger bucks. Win-Win.

Marketo on the other hand deal is structure different. Marketo stands to gain some serious revenue and nFusz some very "lucrative" revenue.

I "think" there will be more deals coming with other giants. I posted a link previously on the strategy these companies have about neutralizing each other on new 3rd party innovation.

The writing is on the wall on all of this. Some can see it and others are to busy worrying what their next flip will be. When the music stops, they may find out they were too busy listening to the tune and forgot to get a seat.
