Yes, and CBD derived from fully legal hemp will not even be subject to legal issues, at least not after several law enforcement departments get sued for unlawful interference in legal business activities. A few nasty hits in the wallet and they'll wake up real quick like.
It's coming, just waiting on the court decision on hemp-derived CBD which is pretty much a no brainer, and really only needed to clarify for the sake of those trying to conduct honest, fully legal business. They needn't be constantly interfered with by a bunch of Barney Fifes' trying to be heroes when they don't even know what the hell they're doing. Legal hemp does not contain the levels of THC required to be a controlled substance like its cousin Marijuana, even though it's in the same family of plant. It is legal to grow and legal to market. Mistakes will be made by all the Barney Fifes' out there, but not for long. Once they have to pay up in court just once, they'll smarten up or get the boot.
