More unfounded laughable allegations. Unless or until this 'story' gets wider circulation it will die in the morass of RW conspiracy theories. Every single link on the 'subject' is recirculating the same weak-ass speculations.
First of all, how could we 'give' Russia technology that we didn't already have?
Secondly, I'm not seeing a lot of upset from Trump or our military about Putin's cartoon attack on FL.
