Yes, heard about a few bugs. I have 7 licenses (for 2 years plus) the only issue I had was on my ipad (has been resolved). I actually called Kay and spoke to sfor software engineers about the issue when it did happen (about a year ago). They explained what the issue was and fixed it within 30-60 days (involved Apple engineers).
Have you tried to reach out to SFOR?
