I appreciate New Management communication with us shareholders
February 5th :-****they set a goal***
Our goal is to resolve all of the outstanding issues by the end of the month
including payoff of all previous settlements as well as closure and payoff of any
outstanding contract disputes.
We also intend to have the OTC issues cleared by
the end of the month allowing us to have no limitations or restrictions on the
company, management team or the shareholders.
February 28 th
We are pleased to update you that the corporate cleanup has begun with regards
to the various filings and steps required to remove the Caveat Emptor from our
symbol.
The State of Nevada filings are now current. We have also submitted the request
for the reduction of authorized shares, which we are told should update before the
end of the quarter.
Our Transfer Agent, Clear Trust, has been updated with the new corporate
structure information. This will allow them to provide the OTC reports necessary
for the Caveat Removal.
The application for the new OTC account has been completed and once they have
reviewed information from us, our attorney, and the Transfer Agent, they will be
able to update our account, removing the Caveat Emptor and we will once again
be current.
We continue to work on cleaning up the past legal issues and are working on
providing all requested documentation with the various companies that we have
open issues with. We are also making progress on settling the outstanding debt
issues including the prior convertible debts issued in 2016 and 2017.
upcoming expectations for shareholders:-
**:-we will soon be closing
with our partners that have committed to the ongoing funding of the company to
achieve all of the goals that have been outlined in our business plan for 2018 -2019
my personal expectations are to see the goals met to completion as stated in February 5 to us shareholders
certainly I'm not happy as to how Ntek screwed up but I'm now cautiously optimistic about the progress going forward... I'll give New Management grade B+
