Liberty Leaf Holdings Ltd. (CSE: LIB) (OTCQB: LIBFF) (FSE: HN3P) president and CEO Will Rascan this morning announced that the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, North Road Ventures, has signed an agreement with Cannabis Compliance Inc. (“CCI”). Per the terms of the agreement, CCI will be responsible for assuring the Good Manufacturing Practice (“GMP”)-compliant processing and production of North Road’s products containing cannabis. GMP requirements ensure that the products manufactured are safe and of consistently high quality for their intended use. “This opens the door for North Road to obtain industry certification and regulatory authorization and/or licensing, as needed. It facilitates the manufacture and sale of a wide range of medicinal-quality products for both human and veterinary use – not just cannabis and cannabis-containing finished products,” Robert Jackman, scientific project manager/fulfillment, stated in the news release.
