I've said it before but I truly believe the illegal theft of trillions of dollars out of the OTC markets is indeed one of the greatest thefts of all time probably only second to the bank bail outs of 2008.
These people literally laugh at the notion their games are going to be caught on to.
All the regulators are a captured audience , and the moves from the federal government to high flying jobs in finance are the dance of a lifetime.
