It's only in the last couple of weeks the company has been taking about uplisting with some reasoning behind it. If you go back to the videos over the last 6 months Rory has delivered on what he said he would do including some things that "might" happen. I have no reason to doubt the uplisting may happen ASAP.
There is something else I've noticed as I go back and watch older videos and compare them to the newer ones. Rory is much more happy and relaxed. Not slightly more but much more. I assume sales are going well and Rory expects when Oracle and Marketo get going, things will explode. Uplisting requirements won't be a problem if that happens.
Factor in everything together and the writing is on the wall: Oracle & Marketo deals, Entourage Launched, "We're Killing It", etc.
