You can argue when Spring will come.
You can argue wether or not Punxsutawney Phil is right or wrong.
You can argue if Spring will ever come for that matter or at what temperature constitutes what Spring actually is.
You can debate all of that all day long, day in day out.
You can listen to some stranger scream your land is dead, those seeds are usless and you can just hand them your seeds and give them away for nothing.
Or if you do your due diligence and know the lay of your land, you can plant your seeds, tend to them and wait.
Cause when your crop is in full bloom and you're sitting down enjoying the fruits of your labor, there will be those standing around looking at their empty fields knowing they are now forced to buy the crop you planed months earlier, but now at a far far marked up price!
