Did some research and it answers a question I had, which was if (when) we win the appeal, will the case go BACK to that crooked Judge. And from the way I read things, there is SLIM to no chance that Judge John A. Kronstadt will have anything to do with the proceedings going forward. Someone please correct me if you found different. I believe the appeals process, though tedious and a setback, is a very good thing for SFOR.

The Supreme Court, however, does not have to grant review. The Court typically will agree to hear a case only when it involves an unusually important legal principle, or when two or more federal appellate courts have interpreted a law differently. There are also a small number of special circumstances in which the Supreme Court is required by law to hear an appeal."
