We now have a Board member who is a representative of the lending entity. One of the requirements put in place for loan. Documents signed by the Board to the lending entity. Goes through their process. Unknown time frame. Snail progress since last fall. But understandable. Nearing a close.
Officers and Board members for sure cannot trade on inside information. But, there are others, within the company and out, that could if they heard whispers. The amount of trades recently indicate that there are no whispers. Two trades one day, seven the next, etc. Get the picture. Most people on this board are loaded and waiting. I'm loaded with shares and cash. Increase in trade activity could signal whispers. No more cash just shares.
