They are funded for the next year, they have cash reserves and there is no stock available for a hostile take over.id theoretically a hostile player aquired every last shate cyrrently out there, the company has enough issued shares i. Reserve to block any move twice over.
They won't be aquired unless it is on their terms, and since most of them are being paid in shares that acquisition will not come cheaply. They won't be bought out unless they want to be bought out, and at a price they are comfortable with.
