British Columbia-based cannabis cultivation firm Choom Holdings Inc. (CSE: CHOO) (OTCQB: CHOOF) this morning announced its appointment of Chris Gagan to the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing in a move that’s expected to play a key role in refining the company’s brand strategy.
