No because it would not be private if a company did file one. It is ONLY filed if available on Edgar as of 2005. 

There are only two possibities here. 

1) NVC is a private company who’s CEO faked the front page of an S6 and tried to pass it off as real... 
2) NVC is a public company who filed an S6 with the SEC that is conspicuously missing from Edgar and also has failed to meet ANY of its SEC filing responsibities with the SEC since the S6 was filed and went missing. 

Bottom line is NVC cannot be both a private company AND have filed an S6. 

They are mutually exclusive.
