No, he's not alone. But he is asserting criminality where there is no prosecutable evidence of such, which is easily distinguishable from actual indictments and plea deals.
Additionally, it's stupid to note, assert, that the prosecution of 'nobodies' is without prosecutorial purpose.
For example, Mueller brought down the Gambino crime family by.......squeezing underlings. For all we know Gates is the 'Sammy the Bull Gravano' on Mueller's witness list.
I'll bet there is a nice computer graphic replacing the analog names with lines drawn between them on the white board. Maybe Watson is drawing the line connections?
