Jersey, why do you keep making assertions like 'the lawsuit is just a diversion?' You state this as if it's fact when it's just opinion.
If you have facts to back this up, please provide them. If you don't, I will be unpersuaded by your claim and continue to believe that this is a serious lawsuit intended to get the person who betrayed our trust to disgorge his ill-gotten gains. There's breach of contract here, breach of fiduciary duty and much more. And that's just civil. I don't know what criminal actions await JG. I suspect they're there for the taking.
