Yes Kgem, I think so to. Especially with so much pot get confiscated - either it`s pesticides/contamination or/and also beacause the major part of marijuana industry don`t have all regulatory permits in place.
This have lead to a major hit from DEA and other law enforcement to confiscate the product and shut down those without all permits in order.California (as a example) is very strict on this policy, this will lead to a supply/demand scenario with lack of "approved pot" and higher prices.
As a result I think the equally strict Australian pot laws, will favor some and make it hard on others. All governments want to take control of this new sector; they will only get licences to serious players and many smaller players will be bought or forced to stop due to lack of time and resources to get in running all legally.
I reckon QBL can be a good bet, since they have a potexpert on the board, with business connections in US threw his long time in the industry. Having property in California and Oregon with cannabis, this guy have been around since the 1970s and is a who is who in this business.
