I spoke with two lawyers as well. Even called the SEC first thing yesterday morning and told the lady from the SEC I had a Michael Grimes contact me. She said I will send him an email to verify that he works for the SEC and contacted you.
She called me back in 15 minutes saying he sent her an email saying he did contact me about OWC. So for the last time it is not BS it is fact.
