I feel the interview with Sterling Crockett makes for an excellent addition to your due diligence package.
In my opinion, something big is happening with UNVC and AgriMed. AgriMed not only put out a press release clearly stating the partnership between these two companies, they also appointed Dr. David Dalton (CEO of UNVC) to their board of directors --- this is unheard of in pinky land. Last week, AgriMed promoted Dr. David Dalton to Vice Chairman of AgriMed.
Everyone should keep in mind (IMO) that Crockett was already involved in medical marijuana because he is a founder of Green Thumb Industries which also operates in Pennsylvania. So, why did Crockett feel it was necessary to start a new company called AgriMed? Merger mania is taking place big time in this industry. Should AgriMed obtain licenses in multiple states, will there be a mega merger at some point that will control most of the growing, processing, and distribution on the entire East Coast?
I don't wish to get too far ahead of ourselves here, but something big sure seems to be happening right in front of us, and we now have ground floor seats to the show.
