Agreed on exciting times.
I too am thinking a BP might be willing to gamble with $50-100M upfront to lock down rights to Kevetrin in a larger deal with a lot of structure. A potential P53 drug that is safe can't be ignored. Whether or not the P53 modulation translates into efficacy against tumors is uncertain but probably worth the risk of an upfront payment to secure rights.
Kevetrin is also the reason I think there might be a total buyout offer. Pay up for a more proven B/P then add a bit more for K. If K flops, it will be more than made up for in the other two. If it doesn't, you end up looking like Leo with the Polyheist.
